Early registration is now available for the Annual Gathering of the Women’s Farm & Forestry Alliance (WFFA) on March 11-12 at the Saint Paul Hotel in St. Paul, Minn.
This event is a gathering of leading women in agriculture and forestry, and it provides an opportunity to build new relationships. In addition, attendees can share input on the WFFA online training curriculum, which was designed to help develop advanced financial and business management skills that will benefit all women who own and operate agricultural businesses.
The program features the following speakers: 1) Celeste Settrini of Salinas Valley, Calif., a 4th generation cattle rancher and a produce broker for Fresh Network, and 2) Sara Wyant, Editor/Publisher of Agri-Pulse, who will deliver a presentation on crisis communication.
Registrations are due by March 5. The early registration fee is $100. Hotel reservations must be made by February 9 in order to take advantage of the special room rates.
